A mexico love story
In May of 2018 we had the great privilege of accompanying Stephanie and Jeremy to Mexico to capture their big day. It was an amazing week, ok it was actually 10 days as we decided to extend our stay!!!
We spent our time in the company of these two and their family and friends. They made us feel as though we were part of the family!
The day of their wedding was very hot and humid luckily there was quite a breeze as well.
As you can see, there was alot of laughs, especially when her brother showed up wearing tuxedo speedos!!! And Stephanie just went with it.
I must say the boys cleaned up rather nicely!!!!
Now that the “I do’s” were done it is time to get serious for the formals………… bahaha serious was not on the menu for this lively crew. I don’t think I have ever laughed so much!!! Thankfully with the crazy heat they had a personal “fluffer” that would come around and wipe the sweat off their faces!!! Remember the tuxedo speedo? Well, he did decide to change before taking on his fluffer job!!!
Seriously, to say I loved this crew, would be a HUGE understatement!!!!
Next, I sent the wedding party away so we could focus on the bride and groom. I know they wanted pictures on the beach but with the wind I suggested we use the treed area and they were so good about it.
Jeremy does NOT like getting pictures taken, but he was so awesome about it.
Is Stephanie not STUNNING?!!!! Seriously made a gorgeous bride. Not just in her looks but she is just a beautiful soul full of personality and a joy for life!
At dinner we got to see a bit of a show!
Off to speeches and dances. The resort had a cute little veranda for the wedding party to use. It was SO dark, thankfully we had our lighting equipment to add a bit of light to the scene.
Time to PARTY!! As you will see, some of them found a great way to cool off.
We decided to head off towards the beach and get a few night shots. We ended up getting caught in a bit of a rain and wind storm, which honestly felt good after the heat of the day!
